Identified
We've identified the root cause which, for some users, also impacts the Digital Twin.
The fix is being implemented - as a workaround in the meantime: please navigate to individual buildings using the Search or Geographical Hierarchy.

Investigating
We are investigating an issue with the Custom Structure where, for some environments, report filtering based on this organization-specific, multi-level hierarchy isn't working as expected.
